Students

Student refunds are limited and depend on service status, tutor allocation, and whether tutoring has already been delivered or paid out. The student terms include the satisfaction policy, refund conditions, and the no-refund cases that apply after contact has been established and lessons are underway.

Bursaries

The bursary administrator terms state that bursary-funded services are subject to a strict no-refund policy once services have been agreed or commenced, while still allowing reasonable service adjustments where appropriate.
